These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ba442 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ba442.org. By accessing any part of the ba442 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ba442:

ba442 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the ba442 compliance team.
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment providers.
• Extended account inactivity — ba442 defines an inactive account as one where no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, or display anomalies — ba442 reserves the right to void all bets and wagers placed during the period affected by the malfunction and return the staked amounts to the affected players' accounts. ba442 shall not be obliged to honour payouts arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game.

ba442 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from a player's failure to comply with these Terms. The player accepts full responsibility for all activity conducted from their ba442 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the account holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba442's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ba442 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ba442 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
